We’ve seen here what January and February have to bring regarding amazing video games. Now let’s check out the other games that will appear in the next months. At the bottom of the article we have also added some more big titles that will be released in 2019, but with the date yet to be announced.
March 2019
Finally, we get a new Devil May Cry title! The game Devil May Cry 5 will be playable starting with 8 March on Xbox One and PC, PS4. It will continue the first titles and you will play with Nero, but will also see Dante around as a character. Get ready to see the over-the-top weapons and kills we’re all used to.
Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 will be released on 18 March and will be an open-world shooter that continues the previous title. This time you will attempt to reclaim Washington D.C.
On 22 March, Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice will be released from the famous studio From Software. And yes, you will see the Dark Souls formula, only that it will also add some stealth-related elements and a few acrobatic maneuvers. We’re expecting to see the game not just on Xbox One but also on PC.
April 2019
Mortal Kombat XI will appear on all platforms – PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Switch on 23 April. It was revealed at Game Awards this month, and it looks legendary. Expect to see awesome character customization – like the one in Injustice 2.
Days Gone is an action-adventure and survival-horror game that happens in the Pacific Northwest. It will have a post-apocalyptic open world where the former outlaw Deacon St. John must battle humans that look like zombies but are actually called Freakers. It’s some kind of World War Z. You’ll get to play it starting with 26 April, and only on PS4.
June 2019
The ones behind Rage 2 are id Software and Avalanche Studios, which means you have to be excited, considering Avalanche have been behind the chaotic and awesome worlds in Mad Max and Just Cause. Id, the pioneers of first-person shooter and games like the 2016 Doom, makes a great partner, and we will see if it’s the case in June 2019. The game will be available on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
Shenmue III is a crowdfunded game that will be released on 27 August, presenting the story of martial artist Ryo Hazuki, promising more sequels to the loved world of RPG Shenmue. You will be able to play the game either on PS4 or on PC.
TBA Games of 2019
Last but not least, the following top games will also appear in 2019, but there is no date announced so far:
Babylon’s Fall, Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night, Dying Light 2, Skull & Bones, Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order, Twin Mirror, Wasteland 3, and Wolfenstein: Youngblood.
