Brawl Stars Grossed $10 Million In Its First Week – Clash Royale Maintained Its Record

Supercell, the creator of Clash of Clans and Clash Royale, released another hit – Brawl Stars. The new mobile arena action game from the Finnish mobile game development company, Brawl Stars, grossed $10 million in its first week on the market. However, even though it scored big profits right after it rolled out internationally, Brawl Stars couldn’t surpass Clash Royale first-week revenues.

Brawl Stars soft-launched in Canada on iOS in the summer of 2017, but it was only about three weeks ago when the new Supercell mobile game for Android and iOS rolled out globally. And what a launch it had, we must say!

About a week ago, a report from Sensor Tower revealed how much Brawl Stars grossed within the first seven days after its global launch, on December 12th, this year. As reported by the renowned research firm, Brawl Stars scored $10 million in its first week.

Brawl Stars Grossed $10 Million In Its First Week After Its Global Launch, But Not Enough To Surpass Clash Royale

According to the recent report released by Sensor Tower, Brawl Stars totaled $3 million just in the US alone (a revenue by 20 times higher than that of a similar game, Arena of Valor). In Japan, the new Supercell mobile game was also well received by the Clash of Clans and Clash Royale fans who pumped more than $1.6 million into Brawl Stars.

Besides, Sensor Tower reported that Brawl Stars was #1 on the Google Play Store in 20 countries as regarding the number of downloads.

Despite this excellent start, Brawl Stars could not surpass the revenues generated by Clash Royale in its first week. Clash Royale, one of the Supercell’s ‘greatest hits,’ along with Clash of Clans, grossed more than $38 million within the first seven days after it rolled out. However, Clash Royale launched at first in China, and that helped that game a lot in scoring such a huge profit. On the other hand, Brawl Stars has yet to make its debut in China.
