Nintendo will hold a new Spirit Board even in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate this weekend, which would be the second part of the Fire Emblem Fest. The event will commence today at 10 PM PT (1 AM ET) and will come with a variety of Spirits taken from the long-running strategy RPG series.
Throughout the Fire Emblem Fest in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, characters from the Fire Emblem series would often appear on the Spirit Board during the event. Gamers who defeat them will also receive extra Gold.
The initial part of the Fire Emblem Fest took place in December 2018, soon after the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate launched, and it featured the Legend-class Spirits Caeda and Azura, Eliwood, Eirika, and many more. As for the second part of the event, which would start today at 10 PM PT, Caeda and Azura will come back but would bring with them a series of characters from the Fire Emblem, which did not take part in the event of December.
New ‘Fire Emblem’ Spirit Board Event To Start Today in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
Nintendo is keeping Super Smash Bros. Ultimate fans busy with weekly events which higher rewards and lots of new characters. For example, the last week’s event offered gamers with twice the average amount of Spirit experience and Spirit Points, while the Mario Kart event of December 2018 introduced a lot of exclusive Spirits.
In other news, the Fire Emblem event in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is like a teaser for the next game in the RPG series, the so-called Fire Emblem: Three Houses. According to Nintendo, Fire Emblem: Three Houses will roll out later this year on Nintendo Switch, although the company did not reveal an exact release date. Besides, Nintendo is also planning many other releases in 2019, so we should keep an eye on its announcements.
In the meantime, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate fans can enjoy a new Spirit Board event which would start today at 10 PM PT.
