Nvidia GTX 1660 Ti Benchmark Test Results Leaked

While the current Nvidia graphics cards are overpriced for budget gaming systems, the company plans to roll out Nvidia GTX 1660 and GTX 1660 Ti versions in February to address the budget gaming systems. Now, we know more details about Nvidia GTX 1660 Ti since benchmark test results leaked.

Since October 2018, many rumors about non-RTX Turing GPUs have been reaching in the news, frequently. At CES 2019, Nvidia launched the RTX 2060. Shortly after that, some sources said that the company is working on non-RTX models, Nvidia GTC 1660 and GTX 1660 Ti, which would support TU116 SKUs.

Now, a reliable leaker, Tum Apisak, revealed how performant are the upcoming GTX graphics cards which, apparently, would also boast both desktop and laptop SKUs.

GTX 1660 and its Ti variant won’t feature any ray tracing cores and would boast 192-bit memory bus, similar to RTX 2060. Also, Nvidia GTX 1660 and its Ti version would come with 6 GB of GDDR6 VRAM.

Nvidia GTX 1660 Ti Benchmark Test Results Leaked

The results of the Ashes Of The Singularity benchmark test on Nvidia GTX 1660 Ti leaked on the Internet. According to it, the GTX 1660 Ti is similar to the GTX 1070, and by only 20% faster than the GTX 1060. However, the test did not reveal anything on the Nvidia GTX 1660 version, but thinking that it boasts the same Cuda core count as the GTX 1060, its performances gains must be minimal.

The Nvidia GTC 1660 Ti benchmark test revealed also revealed information that we already know, such as the presence of eight physical cores and 16 logical cores in the GPU. The trial has been conducted for a game that requires DirectX 11 and runs at a resolution of 1920 x 1080 in fullscreen, but with Glare Quality on Low. The Nvidia GTX 1660 Ti scored 7,400 points in this benchmark test.
