LG 5G Smartphone To Roll Out During The MWC 2019

Negotiations with different operators around the world for the development of 5G technology have allowed LG to manufacture its first 5G smartphone, which will be presented during the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2019 in Barcelona.

In an official statement published on the South Korean tech company’s website, LG has announced the presentation of its latest device, during the MWC 2019 in Barcelona next month, whose features and specifications are adapted to 5G technology.

Upcoming LG 5G Smartphone Would Boast SnaprDragon 855 and a Steam Chamber Cooling System

This new product of the brand will have a Snapdragon 855 processor and a steam chamber for cooling it down, which would be by 2.7 times larger than that present in the model LG V40 Thinq. It would better limit the heating of the device, thanks to its manufacture of copper with high thermal conductivity and the water contained in it

It is by 2.7 times larger than that present in the model V40 Thinq, as mentioned, but it would also be much more performant.

LG 5G Smartphone Would Also Boast A More Performant Battery

LG 5G smartphone would pack a battery of 4,000 mAh, which would be by 20% larger than the accumulator on LG V40 Thinq. The battery would also boast optimization for software to ensure longer life even when using the 5G technology.

The South Korean tech giant company has strengthened its cooperation with operators across South Korea, North America, and Europe, as well, where it will launch the 5G network technology in August of this year. In Europe, in particular, LG collaborates with several operators in the development, marketing, and promotion of 5G technology. The same is in the plan for North America and other regions of the world.

The 5G technology would roll out this year across different regions around the world. However, only a few smartphone manufacturers would launch 5G-compatible devices. Among them, there are Samsung, LG, and Huawei. On the other hand, Apple said it’s not hurrying up with deploying a 5G iPhone before 2020.
