Supercell’s popular new game Brawl Stars is also getting new content this week. If you play Clash of Clans and Clash Royale, then you must have noticed all the updates that have been released since January. Let’s check out the new Brawl Stars content and the new Support that should be released this week, according to the Brawl Stars: Brawl Talk Update! Video uploaded on Brawl Stars’ official YouTube channel a couple of weeks ago.
Mythic Gene: Release Date and When to Play This Brawler?
Although there is no official announcement, Gene should be released, according to Ryan and Frank (community and game lead), in mid-February. Along with the update which is meant to roll out this week before or on Valentine’s Day, we will see Valentine’s Day Poco and two other skins.
Let’s see what we found out about Gene’s abilities and when we should pick him as our brawler.
The Brawl Stars blog post from the end of January announced the new Mythic Brawler that will be “coming soon”:
Gene is a versatile supporter who can engage enemies at any range!
Gene’s Super launches a magical hand from his lamp, dragging an enemy to his location!
Here are his stats found by a Reddit user:
With his basic attack and super attack, we learned that he is a decent damage dealer, but his best ability is to grab an enemy towards him for a good pummeling! His ability is perfect for Gem Grab when you can easily grab the player who gathered the most Gems. His normal attack also has a huge range, and his magic puff will heal the team.
This brawler will be a game changer, and you should try it the moment you put your hands on it and enjoy some victories until the Brawl Stars team tweaks him for being too overpowered!
