PBE got updated: HERE are the latest balance changes.
A new week has begun, and the PBE server has received a new update, bringing changes to a few champions, items and more. Let’s check out all the tentative changes that were recently introduced for testing and feedback, and remember that they might not look like this in the final build.
This week, we will see Master Yi, Malphite and Xin Zhao getting some changes, but they’re not the only ones!
PBE 9.10 Balance Changes
Master Yi – Balanced
R – Highlander: ultimate duration – 7 (reverted from 9), duration extension – 7 (reverted from 5), movement speed 25/35/45% multiplicative (reverted from 40/50/60% bonus)
Malphite – Balanced
This time, Malphite gets some bigger changes:
Q – Seismic Shard: AP 60% (reverted from 40%), cast time increased to 0.4 seconds (from 0.25 seconds)
W – Thunderclap: (has returned) Malphite gains 3x his bonus armor while his shield holds, initial hit AP ratio lowered to 30% (from 40%), initial hit armor ratio lowered to 15% (from 20%).
His VFX for the base skin was updated as well, making Malphite’s spells look more threatening.
Xin Zhao – Buffed
Q – Three Talon Strike: AD increased to 50% (from 40%), CD lowered to 7/6.5/6/5.5/5 (from 9/8/7/6/5).
More Balance Changes
Essence Reaver: increased AD – to 70 (from 65).
Runic Echoes: total cost now 2500 (from 2625), combine cost now 250 (from 375).
The Conqueror (Precision Keystone) rune also changed, getting a nerf – it now converts only 8% (from 10%) of the full stack damage into healing and true damage.
The 9.10 PBE cycle has also received new skin tweaks, and some store images were updated. You can check them out at Surrender at 20. If you want to see more of the Malphite changes in PBE and the reason behind them, follow this thread on the League of Legends Boards (- Dev Corner).
