League of Legends Patch 9.10 Goes Live on May 14: What to Expect?

The League of Legends 9.9 patch went live on May 1st, bringing some balance changes and huge changes to the likes of Aatrox and Tahm Kench, buffing runes and adding VFX and SFX updates as well. Now we’re all getting ready for the next patch which will be released tonight. Let’s check out the schedule for the different servers and what will the new patch bring.

League of Legends Patch 9.10 – Schedule

On the NA server, the Service status page announced a couple of days ago that the servers would get ready for the next patch:

“On 05/14/19, starting at, 01:30 Pacific Time (08:30 UTC), ranked queues will be disabled in preparation for patch 9.10. At 03:00 Pacific time (10:00 UTC), the servers will be shut down and all games currently in progress will end in a draw and stats will not be recorded. We estimate the battlegrounds will be unavailable for 3 hours.”

The schedule for the other regions is:

  • Latin America North/Latin America South/Brazil

– Ranked queues disabled at – 02:30 (Bogotá) / 02:30 (Buenos Aires) / 03:30 (Brazil)

– Servers shut down at – 04:00 (Bogotá) / 02:30 (Buenos Aires) / 05:00 (Brazil)

  • Europe – West / Europe – East / Turkey / Russia

– Ranked queues disabled at – 03:30 (UK Time) / 01:30 (CEST) / 03:30 (Turkey TSİ) / 00:30 (Russia)

– Servers shut down at – 05:00 (UK Time) / 03:00 (CEST) / 05:00 (Turkey TSİ) / 02:00 (Russia)

  • Oceania / Japan

– Ranked queues disabled at – 03:30 (Sydney Time) / 03:30 (Japan)

– Servers shut down at – 05:00 (Sydney Time) / 05:00 (Japan)

Patch 9.10 – The Latest News from 9.10 PBE

Yuumi will show up on the live server with patch 9.10. The super cute cat was tested in 9.10 PBE and should be available for everyone that wants to try out the new mechanics. Check out everything about her in our article HERE.

Balance changes will also hit the live servers tomorrow, focusing on several champions: Brand, Caitlyn, Soraka, and Graves get buffed, Shaco’s ultimate will make more sense, Tryndamere’s E got nerfed but its CD is lowered by one second, and Xin Zhao only gets a lower CD on his Q. Here are the entire balance changes. Master Yi also got some balancing, and so did Vayne and Riven. Items like Guinsoo’s Rageblade, Essence Reaver, Runic Echoes, and the Conqueror (Precision Keystone) rune got changed as well.

As for Malphite and Teemo, all changes in 9.10 PBE have been reverted for now and will continue to be tweaked in 9.11, which means they won’t be different tomorrow in the live client.

Battle Academia skins will also roll out to the live servers, as well as new chromas, summoner icons, emotes, ward skins and more!
