Clash Royale has generated significant excitement in the gaming world, and it stands out as one of the most popular mobile games today, with tons of new players signing up (on the game) daily.
So, if you’re new to this game, and you’re looking to work your way up in quick time, follow through this post.
Clash Royale Tips for Beginners
These are as follow:
Delay Attacks
While starting the game, you may have the impression of launching the first attack. Well, hold off; do not attack first. It’s better to wait for the opponent to attack. This way, you’re able to observe their attack pattern before launching a counterattack.
To achieve this, you may have to start with light troops, and then launch a big assault once you know what the enemy has.
Manage Resources
One vital tip is to manage your resources, which basically include gold, chests and gems. As a beginner, do not become overexcited to the point of spending your gold on needless upgrades. Save for the later stages, when you’d really need the gems and gold. Also, you don’t have to convert all your gems to gold, you may need them later.
Set up Battle Deck
For beginners, this may look quite confusing. It is recommended to start with a mixed deck of high (5’s) and low (2’s & 3’s) troops. This way, you’re able to maintain a balance, while also keeping to budget.
Use Skeleton Army in Defense & Attack
The Skeleton Army can cause a lot of damage while on the offensive. However, they are better deployed alongside a powerful “attack” card like the Hog Rider.
Use Spells Wisely
As a beginner, in the preliminary stages, you’d probably have no spell. However, later on, you’d get the Freeze spell and others. This increases your chance, and each spell can be used to speed up victory and/or reinforce defense.
For instance, the Freeze spell can be used to freeze up an enemy troop; making it relatively easier to destroy such troop, in one strike.
Do NOT drop Trophies
Dropping trophies ensure you’re pitched against weaker opponents. Do NOT do this, as it impedes your progress in the long run.
