The team behind the app VidMate have decided that they want to welcome the new year well, so they released a fresh-out-of-the-box update. You can download the update right now, and it comes with bug fixes that will improve the overall performance of the app, the speed of the file download and the user experience.

This update comes with a new build number – 3.6203 and it was just released a couple of days ago. It’s more like of a maintenance update and it has about 11.59MB. So if you’re a VidMate fan and you want to get the update, now’s the time. You don’t even have to clean your phone of photos or videos, it’s a small update and it will fit in your device. However, don’t believe that, just because it doesn’t weigh that much, is not good. It is a high-priority download.
The Android package kit
It’s also worth mentioning the APK (Android Package Kit) update. All those of you who want to install the kit on your Android smartphone need to go to the Settings panel and enable the “Unknown Sources” option. You need to do this due to the fact that the APK updates aren’t available directly through the Google Play Store.

You should all be grateful to find out that the new APK comes with many bug fixes. We know, it might not be that exciting as getting a brand new feature, or some other changes, perhaps in the user interface, but we cannot ignore the fact that bug fixes are also important.
