Pokemon Go has recently loaded its screen artwork with a picture of Pokemon celebrating the new year, as we all do. It’s full of fireworks and all. The image shows some well-known Pokemon, like Pikachu and Eevee – and we know they are the faces of the Pokemon: Let’s Go games.
But we got a pleasant surprise
2019 will be a year full of surprises. We’re talking about all pig in Pokemon, and how they’re all included in the New Year’s loading screen – Grumpig, Swinub, Spoink. Swinub is the one that has a “Gen 4” evolution – the only one that’s not available in the game. Perhaps it’s time they roll out a few more “Gen 4” Pokemon, due to the fact that it’s the beginning of a new year.
Niantic still makes money from the game
As we’ve mentioned before, Pokemon go still makes money from all around the world and many people are still playing it. So it’s understandable why Niantic will continue to support the game, because at this point, it basically steals the AR game from everyone else. It’s really unbelievable that no one has tried to even compete with the game on the market – that, unless we consider Garfield Go as one to compete against Pokemon Go.
New event coming up
We have another event coming up, and this one has legends. With this week coming, if you finish the research breakthroughs, you’re able to catch Lugia and Hoh-Oh, and these, besides the existing legendaries, Zapdos, Moltres, Entei and Suicune, Articuno and Raikou.
If you’re still playing the game, you might want to pay attention to them.
