This Tuesday, today, DICE will roll out the so-called Chapter 2: Lightning Strikes, the second free DLC in Battlefield 5. The DLC would come to all the platforms where the game is available, such as PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The patch will bring new game modes, weapons, and other content to Battlefield 5, the latest title of the popular franchise.
At first, this free DLC would introduce Squad Conquest which is “an intense version of Conquest that enables more tactical gameplay,” according to DICE. In this new game mode, a couple of teams of up to eight players can battle on “smaller, more tactical” versions of the Arras, Rotterdam, and Hamada maps, as reported by GameSpot.
DICE will also add four new weapons to Battlefield 5 via this new free DLC. More specifically, Zk-383 SMG (Medic class), Modele 1944 semi-automatic rifle (Assault class), M1922 MMG (Support class), and Mk. III bolt-action rifle (Recon class) could be unlocked by the gamers by completing Weekly Challenges in January and February.
