A NEW Pokemon Game!
There will be a new RPG series called Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield:
In #PokemonSwordShield, you’ll explore the expansive Galar region, which is filled with idyllic countryside and contemporary cities—vast plains and snow-covered mountains.
There, we’ll see a new region and many new Pokémon, like this little fellow called Grookey, and we will also encounter Crobunny, a very energetic bunny:

And the hype is real, as the new game will arrive this year on the Nintendo Switch. There will be more updates in the upcoming months!
Along the way, there will be many more never-before-seen Pokémon waiting to be discovered! They’re waiting for you, Trainers. Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield will be released simultaneously worldwide in late 2019.
The president and CEO of the Pokémon Company, Tsunekazu Ishihara also added that the RPG game will not be the only thing we should look forward to this year. So, there’s more to come! This is a great announcement, considering today is the 23rd anniversary since the first Pokémon game was released on Game Boy – Pokémon Red and Green.
