Avalanche Studios came with Just Cause 4, which is now available in the free game library of Xbox Game Pass. According to some sources, the game is not only available there, but they’ve also released a teaser. Later we found out that Microsoft has announced that Lego Batman 2 is also available for free in the game library.
It all started with a fake e-mail
In a fake email, it was said that a game would start with a J, and that it will come to Xbox Game Pass on the 7th of March. That game is called Just Cause 4, and it’s here – one day early. The email also said that there’s also another game that has a longer title, that will come on the 7th of March, on Xbox Game Pass, but they did not tell anything more about it.
Microsoft said that they will announce another title for Xbox Game Pass for April, and that they will give us more details on the 12th of March.
We’ve seen how Just Cause 4 was released in December, but it seems that it is one of the newest titles from this library, released by Microsoft. It was February when Microsoft released some high-profile titles into the library, such as Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Batman: Return to Arkham, and Alien Isolation.
The Xbox Game Pass gives you the chance to play more than 100 Xbox One and Xbox 360 games if you pay $10 a month for a subscription. Besides this, Microsoft also offers Games with Gold for those Xbox Live Gold subscribers, the thing that comes with a few games each month.
