Apple’s iPhone SE, released back in 2016 and it has been one of the most praised devices Apple has made so far. The smartphone did extremely well due to the smaller size, iPhone 5-like, and because of its unrivalled price.
A new rumor is circling around the internet about an iPhone SE 2, and the fans of this device’s “little brother”, the iPhone SE are thrilled.
If the reports are true, we can hold the new iPhone SE 2 in our hands starting with 2020, when its launching is apparently planned. The new device could be similar to the iPhone 8, rumors say. It is also believed to have an Apple-designed A13 chipset, a 4.7 inch display, and 128 GB of storage.
Back in May, the Japanese blog Mac Otakara released information obtained from a glass supply which said that Apple is testing three types of glass for the new SE 2. When it comes to the way it charges, it is most likely that it won’t have the Qi wireless charging like the rest of the latest versions of iPhones, mainly because of the cost.
Details about the price have also been released in a rumor which says the new iPhone SE 2 will probably cost up to $650, which is about Rs 45,000. It might not have that many takers, however, as the original SE, because the latest made it well mainly due to its extremely good price, especially in India.
Three new iPhones will be released soon, the successors to the iPhone XS, XS Max and XR. iPhone XI and XI MAx will come with OLED displays, but it will feature three rear shooters, namely ultra-wide lens, telephoto lens and standard lens. GMSArena reported that the successor to the iPhone XR will feature an LCS display and dual cameras on the back.
If the rumors of the new iPhone SE 2 are indeed true, we shall see the handset release in March 2020.
