If you wanted to subscribe to EA Access, but you have a PlayStation 4, do not worry because starting in July of this year you will be able to get the same services provided by the subscription to the Xbox One of Microsoft. The official date has not been announced yet.
“As we continue to invest in digital and subscription services, bringing our games to even more people across both consoles is an exciting opportunity for everyone,” according to Matt Bilbey, the EA executive VP of strategic growth in a press release.
Furthermore, he said that their goal is to provide players with a wide variety of games to try and play so bringing their services to PlayStation 4 is the best choice.
EA Access comes to PlayStation 4 in July 2019
If you want to benefit from what the EA Access can give you in your PS4, you will need to pay a fee of £20 of $30 annually or monthly £4 or $5. You will be able to play a lot of the titles EA has to offer and that for free. Some of them are FIFA 18, Titanfall 2, and Star Wars: Battlefront II.
If you become an EA Access subscriber, you get a 10% discount on all digital games from EA including the purchases you can do in the game and the respective expansions. What is even better and might make you want EA Access is the fact that before the official release of a new game, you will have 10 hours of early access.
At the moment only Madden NFL 20 is scheduled as an upcoming title to be available on EA Access via Play First Trials. Taking that into consideration, it means that there are more games to come soon.
