The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom received a new software update recently, and as part of this update, Nintendo continued its practice of giving away players with free in-game stuff, which is really fantastic. It’s not always simple to get the things you need, so when you do get something for nothing, it completely changes everything!
The Nintendo Switch’s News Channel is now offering free in-game goodies. To recall, last time, we got a free Hylian Shroom and a Solider’s Broadsword. After the second software update, we had the two Dazzlefruits.

How to get the free goodies?
To get these free goods in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, you will need to navigate to the News section of the Switch Home Menu by clicking on the button labeled “News” and then scrolling down until they reach the “Whip Enemies into Shape” article. You will also be required to press the “Play Now” button when the tale begins, after which they will need to start The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom on their respective devices.

Just imagine all the work you would typically need to do to acquire the items. For example, getting far inside Hyrule in order to obtain a Traveler’s Sword that has not been tainted by evil. Also, due to the low frequency with which they drop, Lizalfos Tails might be difficult to acquire. Now, that’s not the case anymore!
