How to download and run Fortnite on compatible devices not listed by Epic Games
If your mobile phone was in the long list above, you’re lucky. If not, here’s how to get Fortnite for Android on every device.
As you know by now, Epic Games refuses to feature its game on the Google Play Store. Google itself didn’t like this move, as fake copies of the game that are potentially dangerous for Android smartphones have already begun to circulate online for some time now. You should avoid those variants.
To grab the original Fortnite, go to the Epic Games website via your Android phone and download the game.
At first, a single file will be downloaded, which you must open but only after you allow your Android smartphone to open and install unknown apps. Once the application is installed, you will just have an installer. You have to open it and let it further download the data packs, following the on-screen instruction. Keep in mind that you’ll need more than 1 Gb of internal storage to get Fortnite for Android.
However, if your phone is not listed as compatible on the Epic Games site, you don’t have to worry about it. As far as your device runs Android 8 Oreo (or higher), at least 2 Gb RAM, and a mid- or high-range GPU, you’ll be able to install and play Fortnite for Android.
