Activision and Treyarch have released a new patch for Call of Duty Black Ops 4 with the aim of introducing the first significant content update in the title, even though last week a somewhat minor update was released. This new update, however, comes with many new features that improve the Call of Duty Black Ops 4 gameplay.
Call of Duty Black Ops 4 update brings many improvements
Various general improvements have been implemented, including the availability of the classification table in multiplayer modes, Blackout, and Zombies. Additionally, some stability and performance enhancements have also been integrated into Call of Duty Black Ops 4. Also, the new patch fixed some of the gameplay issues that were affecting some users.
The new update also comes out with enhanced animations of the first-person characters and various corrections on some weapons physics to tackle some vulnerability problems.
Also, the audio of CoD Black Ops 4 has been enhanced with this patch, correcting the error that made the voice jump off at inappropriate times during cinematics, especially. Additionally, the new Call of Duty Black Ops 4 update comes with improvements in the Zombie mode that help to correct several problems that users were finding when gaining experience points or collecting power-ups.
Activision and Treyarch to tackle network issues in CoD Black Ops 4
“We’ve also noticed a lot of discussion around network performance over the past couple of days and wanted to take a moment to address this directly,” the game’s devs reported in their official post on the update.
“We are focusing on fine-tuning network performance around the globe, using the real-world data that we have collected. Over the course of the next two weeks, we will roll out several updates to our network setup that will continue to improve upon the experience of our players since launch,” the company added.
