Gamers who bought Fallout 76 can now download Fallout, Fallout 2, and Fallout Tactics for free. Fallout 76, which is a total disappointment according to the majority of the players, will finally bring you something useful. Bethesda is offering this special offer as an apology for Fallout 76, the worst game of the series.
“The offer is open to anyone who logged into the full release of Fallout 76 on any platform in 2018,” Bethesda explained in the official announcement released a couple of days ago. To get the Fallout classics, all you have to do is to download the Bethesda Launched, log in into your account, and you should see the Fallout Classic Collection under your library section.
Fallout and Fallout 2 are the first titles in the franchise. Both are singleplayer isometric RPGs produced by Black Isle Studios (which later on founded Obsidian Entertainment which developed Fallout: New Vegas) before Bethesda bought the rights to the franchise.
Fallout 76 Players Can Get Fallout Classic Titles for Free
Besides Fallout and Fallout 2, Bethesda is also offering Fallout: Tactics for free for all Fallout 76 players out there. Fallout: Tactics is a turn-based real-time tactical role-playing game set in the post-apocalyptic Fallout universe. It was developed by Micro Forte and 14° East and launched in 2001.
Fans are praising Fallout: Tactics and dub it as one of the best games of the series. Others, on the other hand, consider it an average title. In my opinion, Fallout: Tactics is excellent.
“We know you’re eager for new content and new ways to play Fallout 76. We’re still not quite ready to share details, but we can say that the time between the announcement of our next major update and its release will be very short. Our goal is to get the content in your hands as quickly as possible so we can iterate, improve, and make any needed changes based on your feedback,” said Bethesda.
