HMD Global would present, for the second consecutive year, two new smartphones at the MWC 2019 in Barcelona. That’s already a tradition for the Chinese company managed by Juho Sarvikas.
The company’s CEO has published a video about MWC 2019 with the hashtag #coolnewstuff. That shows us what the company is working on for this Mobile World Congress 2019 that will take place in a little more than a month in Barcelona.
Looking back, last year HMD presented a large number of smartphones including the Nokia 8 Sirocco, Nokia 7 Plus, along with the Nokia 6.1 Plus and the nostalgic Nokia 8110 4G. Considering that nothing escapes the leaks about the new Nokia 9 PureView and Nokia 6.2, we can assure that these two mobile devices would be present during the MWC 2019 in Barcelona event.
Nokia 9 would boast a Snapdragon 845 SoC and up to 8 Gb of RAM
Although the launch date has yet to be confirmed by HMD Global regarding Nokia 9, we do know practically all the details about the upcoming smartphone.
Reportedly, Nokia 9 would equip a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 and with 8GB of RAM for better multitasking. In addition to all that, Nokia 9 would feature 128-Gb internal storage and will come out with Android 9 Pie as its operating system. Besides, a 4150-mAh battery has been chosen to power this device.
The MWC 2019 in Barcelona is the first significant conference for the smartphone manufacturers, so HMD Global would not lose the opportunity to show off its new Nokia 9 and Nokia 6.2.
