Sony would soon announce the free PlayStation 4 games of February 2019 that would come via PS Plus. We should expect Sony to make the announcement on the last Wednesday of this month, which would be on January 30th. In the meantime, PS Plus received some updates.
Also, we can still play some of the free PlayStation 4 games of January 2019. Firewall Zero Hour, a PlayStation VR shooter, for instance, has been available for free until yesterday, January 20th. There are other titles available, though. Besides, Sony hinted that many more VR shooters would come in the future (maybe among the free PlayStation 4 game of February 2019?).
“We can’t wait to welcome so many new PS VR players to the fray! The Firewall Zero Hour: Weekend Trial Demo will include all the pulse-pounding modes of the full game (Single Player Training – Player vs. AI, Multiplayer Training – Co-op vs. AI, and Multiplayer Contracts – PVP Players vs. Players), as well as the entire roster of maps in the game, including the newly added map, Containment,” said Sony in a blog post.
PS Plus News and the Free PlayStation 4 Games of February 2019
Besides Firewall Zero Hour, Eden Tomorrow by Soulpix is still available as a trial on PlayStation Store. It is also possible to download Eden Tomorrow demo and would only require about 2 Gb of internal storage. In case you’re not yet a PS Plus member but thinking to join the program, you should hurry up because, during this period, Sony is offering significant discounts on subscription plans.
We don’t know yet anything about which would be the free PlayStation 5 games of February 2019, but we guess Sony would continue to allow users to trial a PlayStation VR title next month.
In other news, later this year, Sony is set to make a big announcement. We don’t know yet what’s going to be about, but some rumors suggest that the Japanese company might give the first official details on its future PlayStation 5 next-gen console.
