We’ve recently seen how Respawn talked about its development roadmap. However, they forgot to talk about one teeny-tiny detail: when is the real release date for the first season?
Apex Legends has been here for a month, and we cannot forget how it made about 25 million players in the first week. It’s understandable why it has become one of the most popular games out there right now. When all of the fans were quite excited about the movie, Respawn has posted a development roadmap for the game, and they have also revealed that there will be a Battle Pass and seasons for three months (this sounds way too familiar, perhaps Fortnite?). They also said that the company would add new characters to the game and, also, new weapons.
So..when’s the release date of Apex Legends?
The company said that both Battle Pass and the first season would come to us in March. However, they left us like that – can we get a specific date, please? Respawn has two main Twitter accounts, and none of them said anything about it.
A bit about the game Apex Legends?
Apex Legends is that game that was developed by Respawn Entertainment and was published by Electronic Arts. It was released for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Microsoft Windows on the 4th of February, 2019, and there was no fuss about it, no prior announcement, not even a bit of marketing.
The game comes with elements from various video games, such as Titanfall, battle royale games, and those that have some narrative in it. Basically, players are grouped in squads of three, and each player has a unique Legend in turn, each math has 20 teams competing. No one has any kind of equipment at first, and they are put randomly on the map. They need to fight each other until there’s only one team standing.
