It seems that Sony is having some significant plans for this year, despite a possible announcement regarding the PlayStation 5 release. And all that, without Sony’s participation in the famous E3 2019 event. Besides titles like Days Gone and Dreams, among others, the Japanese company would also release The Last Of Us 2, another fan-favorite PS4-exclusive game.
Many rumors suggested that the new installment in the franchise would come out in 2019, but we got nothing else on that topic. Now, out of the blue, the Peruvian retailer known as LawGamers released a poster regarding The Last Of Us 2.

According to the promotional poster (see at the end of the article) shared by LawGamers, The Last Of Us 2 release date is set for October 2019. In the advertisement, the Peruvian retailer dubs the game The Last Of Us Part II. Also, we can see that reserving the title is possible against 49.90 Sol (roughly $15), while a full version of the title would cost 239.90 Sol (about $72).
LawGamers, the Peruvian retailer, did not comment on the leaked promotional poster, suggesting that it was something that should’ve never reach online just yet. Also, Naughty Dog and Sony are silent about The Last Of Us 2 release date leak.
However, The Last Of Us 2 release date, scheduled for October 2019, according to the advertisement released by the Peruvian retailer, is in line with earlier rumors that previously suggested the same time window. In the meantime, we should wait for wither Naughty Dog or Sony to release some official details about the game. However, that’s unlikely to take place before the official announcement of The Last Of Us 2.
