We talked yesterday about the new patch that was going to be added to the Public Beta Environment, and we’re here with more news on Zed and Morgana. But before we take a look at the nerfs, let’s check out how Evelynn Prestige edition looks now that it has been tweaked.
Also, the photo above is with your favorite bull, in his Conqueror skin. Yes, that is Alistar! Now we bet you don’t want to mess with him anymore, or else you know… you get the horns! The one who worked on this skin is Riot Stellari, the skins product manager who is also behind other two Conqueror skins.
K/DA Evelynn Prestige Splash Tweaked
Here is the final tweaked K/DA Evelynn Prestige edition splash:
– Lashers/claws are now blue crystal (now matches in-game model)
– Hair is adjusted to clearly look long and slightly tousled
– Sparkly dress
– Added missing thigh-slit and thigh bandThis will be on PBE tomorrow! pic.twitter.com/uYfKNB3IpQ

Prestige K/DA Evelynn got some more tweaks in-game, where the camera effect was adjusted among some color values getting changed, wrote the VFX Artist at LoL, Sirhaian on his Twitter page.
Now let’s get to Zed, and Morgana nerfs in the balance changes coming with Patch 9.8.
ZED – less Q damage, bigger W cooldown
Q – Razor Shuriken damage lowered to 80/115/150/185/220 (from 90/125/160/195/230)
W – Living Shadow cooldown increased to 22/20.5/19/17.5/16 (from 20/18.5/17/15.5/14)
MORGANA – Q and E AP ratio lowered
Q – Dark Binding AP ratio lowered to 75% (from 90%)
E – Black Shield AP ratio lowered to 40% (from 70)
As with all PBE patch notes and changes, it’s important to know that they may or may not be introduced in the game if testing them shows that the nerfs or buffs are too strong. As mentioned a few hours by David Capurro on Twitter, they could pull a nerf if they see it’s not really making sense. And here’s where the good news might be for the Morgana fans (including me):
“We’re likely to pull the tentative Morgana nerfs from the upcoming 9.8. Contrary to her 9.7 state, neither of her positions seems definitively overpowered in isolation.”
