Minecraft for PlayStation 4 Comes with the Latest Update for May 2019

There is a new update that just dropped this month for Minecraft on PlayStation 4, and we are here to tell you all about it.

The first thing you need to know is that the update is not a big one – it weights 239.8 MB. However, it comes with great content, even if the download file is this small.

The update 1.9 comes with the new crossbow weapon, some new shields, a texture pack, and that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Among some other objects, there are also lanterns, lecterns, looms, and even enchanted books.

What is more in the 1.9 updates?

There is also a tiny chance that leaves could drop sticks with this 1.9 update. This means that players will be able to use dead bushes as fuel for the furnace.
The texture pack that was added included the Minecraft Texture Pack and the Classic Texture Pack.
As a variant, there was also added Jellie, which is the community cat.
This update also comes with both wood blocks and stripped wood blocks, and also with the new banner pattern.
You can now use arrows to destroy chorus flowers. You are also able to heal cats with raw cod or raw salmon, according to your wishes.
If so it happens, and a creeper is killed by a stray, it can drop a new record. There are also two new recipes added for beetroot soup and rabbit stew.
With this update, you will also get the ability to dye wool and glass, in order to make stained glass and perhaps carpets.
You can use sponges to dry out when you are in a warm weather place.
There are also new trophies that are waiting for you to get them.
