Another goal for this game is to implement every city’s features, such as its own set of inhabitants, cars, weapons and so on which are converted from the respective games. The extra gangs, wars, safe houses with custom interior, shops where the player can purchase vehicle tuning parts, junk food, clothes, and much more; from the respective games; added not replaced are not going to be absent. You can buy and modify the added vehicles and buy added weapons in the same style as if R* were to make an expansion for GTA: San Andreas.
The team really worked hard creating for all of the added maps their own set of props, and even streetlights, signs, benches, and trash cans. Furthermore, to spicy up the game GTA: Underground has many more updates such as the airplane ticket system that allows you to purchase plane tickets to and from these added locations and a cool feature called Vice Squad agency, which will chase you when you have a 3 star wanted level in Vice City.
