GTA 6 News: Rockstar Is Thankful GTA 6 Won’t Come Out During Trump Administration

Just a couple of days ago, Rockstar head Dan Houser was invited to a discussion by the GQ Magazine. According to Rockstar boss, his company is thankful GTA 6 won’t come out during Trump administration.

According to Houser, the current political situation across the United States is not favoring satire, and any commentary on the Trump administration’s politics in a video game would launch a significant series of political reactions.

“It’s really unclear what we would even do with it, let alone how upset people would get with whatever we did. Both intense liberal progression and intense conservatism are both very militant, and very angry. It is scary but it’s also strange, and yet both of them seem occasionally to veer towards the absurd,” said Rockstar boss Dan Houser for GQ Magazine.

According to Dan Houser, GTA 6 would not be welcomed by the current political community in the United States.

“It’s hard to satirize for those reasons. Some of the stuff you see is straightforwardly beyond satire. It would be out of date within two minutes, everything is changing so fast,” said Dan Houser for GQ Magazine.

Also, during the same interview, Rockstar head, Dan Houser, debated the Red Dead Redemption 2 which has just rolled out on the market today, October 26th. As he said, the game is Rockstar’s take on the grand American Frontier. He added that Red Dead Redemption 2 incorporate feminism and racial equality, brushing with politics.

“It may be a work of historical fiction, but it’s not a work of history. You want to allude to that stuff, but you can’t do it with 100 percent historical accuracy. It would be deeply unpleasant,” Dan Houser ended his interview.

As for the GTA 6 title, the Rockstar head did not reveal any more details regarding the gameplay or the release date.
