PUBG Mobile 0.9.0 Halloween Update Is Live

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds Mobile has new content that just rolled out along with the Halloweeks event, so there are some theme-based additions along with new features. Here’s a list with the five features you’ll see in the PUBG Mobile 0.9.0 update.

Night Mode

What’s a Halloween without the spooky feeling that comes with the fall of night? Classic Mode in Erangel will have a day and night alternation, and players will also be able to loot Night Vision Goggles. The mode also comes with new details like trees, building, barriers, blockades and more.

New Weapons and Vehicles

The Sanhok map has a Rony pickup truck and a QBU DMR rifle you can try from now on.

Crew Challenge

Leaders can register a crew of up to six players to compete in the following rounds: Qualification, Group, and Finals. At the end, players can earn exclusive rewards.

Spectator Mode

After a player has been eliminated, there is a possibility to watch opponents until the match ends.

Matchmaking Improvements

Last but not least, the game comes with improved matchmaking times, and it is now prioritizing matchmaking with teammates that speak the same language.

The update also has some improved performance, with bug fixes.

The update comes with the Halloweeks theme, and that means “spooky outfits” – like the Mummy or Witch costume and the vehicles are also decorated accordingly.
