Civilization VI is a popular strategy game developed by Firaxis and 2K. Additionally, Mac and Linux players would also get the update but at a later date.

In the new Gathering Storm expansion pack for Civilization VI, gamers have to pay attention to the in-game environment, as the name implies. Accordingly, you must take climate change into account, along with the natural risks associated with the place you’re choosing for building your settlements.

As your late-stage buildings must run on fossil fuels, you’ll have to quickly move to renewable energy to save the ecosystem of your main base and avoid the adverse effects of global warming which would also reflect on your in-game money and resources. It is pretty much like in the real world, don’t you think?
