In accordance with the web analytics gathered by MacRumors, Apple is already working on the iOS 13, the upcoming mobile operating system for iPhone and iPad devices.

The surprising data collected by MacRumors revealed that devices running iOS 13 have already visited MacRumors’ site in October 2018.

According to them, the number of devices powered with iOS 13 that visited MacRumors increased in November and peaked in December 2018 but dropped by the end of the year. Now, as the winter holidays ended, MacRumors webmasters expect to witness another rise in the number of visits from Apple devices running iOS 13.

“We first spotted devices running iOS 13 in October, and in November and December, visits from iPhones with iOS 13 installed have increased. Visits slowed during late December but should pick up again now that the holidays are over and work is continuing,” explained MacRumors’ Juli Clover.

What Should We Expect From The Upcoming iOS 13?

As reported by Mark Gurman from Bloomberg, iOS 13 would come out with a whole bunch of new features and improvements dedicated to iPad Pro tablets. Accordingly, iOS 13 would boast an improved Files app, enhanced multitasking, a better Split View mode, and a revamped Home screen.

“Somewhat. iOS 13 “Yukon” will have a big iPad-focused feature upgrade as well, including an updated Files app. some other things in the works are tabs in apps like in MacOS, same app side by side, Apple Pencil stuff. The home screen redesign is iPad focused,” reported Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman on his official Twitter page.

Besides, in the forthcoming weeks and months, we should expect more and more rumors and, who knows, maybe some official news regarding iOS 13. Following its tradition, Apple would announce the upcoming iOS version during the summer of 2019, at the company’s Worldwide Developers Conference which usually takes place in June.
