LG K12+: Take A Look At The Latest Leaks And Possible Release Date

If you are curious about what the next LG phones will bring, we might just have the answer for you. Leaks of the render and the specs for the LG K12+ (the K12 Plus) are now public, and we have a chance to analyze them together. It appears that the source for the leak is Tiger Mobiles, and SlashLeaks also featured it.

What can we found out from the leak?

First of all, we are able to see the design of the phone, as it makes an appearance. The picture only shows the LG K12 Plus smartphone from the front. It doesn’t look that different from how previous LG phones looked, including the K10 that was launched in 2017 and the K10 that was launched back in 2018.

We can see that the phone has the speaker placed on top, it comes with curved edges and there are black strips at the top and at the bottom.

In terms of specs, there are a couple of details available as well. There are 3073 MB of RAM available, total memory 2834 MB. When it comes to CPU, we have 4x ARM Cortex-A53 (2000 Mhz) and 4x ARM Cortex-A53 (1500 Mhz).

We also know that the LG K12 Plus will come with a screen resolution of 720 x 1440 pixels and it will have a MediaTek MT6762 chipset. The smartphone will also run on Android 8.1.

Release Date

It is very likely that the LG K12 Plus will be launched at the Mobile World Congress which will take place from February 25 to 27, in Barcelona Spain. This is how the previous phones were announced as well. The smartphone is expected to be launched in June.
