Microsoft has just implemented new configurations for both Surface Pro 6 and Surface Laptop 2. The Surface Pro 6 and Surface Laptop 2 with new specs would be available to businesses.
Microsoft added new configurations to both Surface Pro 6 and Surface Laptop 2
According to Microsofts, commercial customers across the United States and Canada can now order either Surface Pro and Surface Laptop 2 with 16 Gb of RAM and Intel i5 CPU under the hood. Up till now, businesses could only purchase the before-mentioned devices with 16 Gb of RAM paired with Intel i7.
As mentioned, the new configurations for those laptops are only available in the US and Canada. However, Microsoft pledged to focus on launching the devices with 16 Gb of RAM and Intel i5 CPU across other international markets, too. But the Redmond-based company did not mention when is that going to happen, so you might wait a little longer to get those devices with new specs if you live outside the US and Canada.
Surface Pro 6 and Surface Laptop 2 are now available in 11 new European markets
Besides adding new configurations for the before-mentioned gadgets, Microsoft thought it’s the time to make the older configs of Surface Pro 6 and Surface Laptop 2 available for businesses in 11 new European markets.
According to the announcement made by Microsoft, commercial customers from Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovenia, and Slovakia can now buy Surface Pro 6 and Surface Laptop 2 from Microsoft’s official partners.
As mentioned above, note that the new configurations for Surface Pro 6 and Surface Laptop 2, those with 16 Gb of RAM and Intel i5, won’t be available for the time being outside the United States and Canada, and we don’t know yet when that would happen. Accordingly, only the older configs for those devices would be now available for business customers from the 11 new European markets.
