League of Legends‘ Riot balance team is still working on the changes for patch 9.12. Yesterday we saw the changes in 9.12 PBE focusing on more champions, and today Irelia and Ryze needed a little more tweaking. Corrupting Potion’s Touch of Corruption has also been nerfed.
Let’s check them out below, and remember these are all still subject to change until the patch goes to the Live servers.
Irelia
Irelia’s previous nerf increased her cooldown on E at all levels, while today we see a little less drastic increase at the last level. However, her E’s range was significantly lowered.
E – Flawless Duet
Range lowered to 775 – from 850
Cooldown is increased to 18/16.5/15/13.5/12 –> compared to Live values – 14/13/12/11/10
Ryze
Apart from the long list of changes we covered HERE, Ryze just got a little more changes. His base mana got nerfed, but the mana regen was increased. Q got buffed back, exceeding the Live values. W, E and R have also been tweaked (compared to Live values).
Base Stats
– Base mana lowered to 300 – from 400
– Mana Regen increased to 8 – from 6
Q – Overload
Damage increased to 80/105/130/155/180 – from 60/85/110/135/160 –> compared to Live values – 80/100/120/140/160
W – Rune Prison
Bonus mana increased to 4% – from 1% (current Live values)
Mana cost changed to 40/55/70/85/100 – from 50/60/70/80/90 (current Live values)
E – Spell Flux
Damage lowered to 60/80/100/120/140 – from 70/90/110/130/150 (current Live values)
Mana cost lowered to 40/55/70/85/100 – from 60/70/80/90/100 (current Live values)
R Realm Warp
Overload damage against targets marked with Flux lowered to 40/70/100% – from 50/75/100%
Tahm Kench
Tahm Kench is also getting some changes today, according to a recent Tweet from Riot Repertoir:
Corrupting Potion
Apart from the changes it suffered HERE, Corrupting Potion has more changes:
Touch of Corruption will burn enemy champions for 3 seconds, dealing 15 magic damage at all levels – compared to Live values – 15-30 damage.
