Yesterday we saw Pyke and Qiyana getting tweaked in 9.13 PBE. Last night, they suffered some more changes, and Illaoi and Udyr were tweaked again after the first tentative changes from a couple of days ago.
Let’s check out the latest changes spotted in last night’s 9.13 PBE update.
Akali
This change might be a bug, because it makes no sense:
W – Twilight Shroud
- cooldown increased to 25/24/23/22/13 (from 25/22/19/16/13)
However, she will be targeted for some changes, as revealed by Riot Repertoir:
Since we're doing the #lifeofapatch thing, here's the Akali thing I began work on this week, including images of the internal e-mail I sent detailing the work (typos and all).

Illaoi
The next Illaoi changes regarding the [NEW] and [REMOVED] effects are locked, but the numbers will vary, said LoLSotere in his tweet, presenting this changelist:
Pyke
RiotRepertoir’s changelist on Twitter reveals a changed Q (from AoE to Single target) and a change in W’s move speed:
Qiyana
The newest champion that will show up in 9.13 Live client is still being tested in PBE. If you haven’t seen it yet, here is a full list of abilities and stats for Qiyana.
Q – Elemental Wrath / Edge of Ixtal
- Damage changed to [80/100/120/140/160 (+90% bonus AD)] — from [85/105/125/145/165 (+100% bonus AD)]
R – Supreme Display of Talent
- cooldown lowered to 100 (from 120)
Udyr
Conmpared to the Live version, LoLSotere tweeted a changelist for Udyr.
The list is the same as the stats revealed here, but they’re lowering the total AD Ratio by 5% for the 6th level (compared with the live values, it is a bigger nerf):
Balance Changes for Items
Rod of Ages
As we mentioned in the 9.13 PBE Sneak Peek last week, Riot Repertoir was thinking of balancing items like Catalyst of Aeons, Haunting Guise, Rod of Ages, Liandry’s Torment, and Abyssal Mask. So far, only Rod of Ages was changes a little in terms of cost:
Cost lowered to 2600 (from 2700), combine cost lowered to 650 (from 750).
