Google Glass 2 Has Been Leaked on Geekbench: What We Know so Far

Some time ago, we saw that the Google Glass Enterprise Edition 2 has passed the test through the FCC. This headset is meant to give hands-free access to the info for those workers on the shop floor.

We have now some more details regarding this matter, and the device has been revealed on Geekbench.

Specs: it comes with a Qualcomm, Snapdragon processor

The entry was noticed by MySmartPrice and showed that the device is powered by the 10nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 octa-core processor, and it has 3GB worth of RAM. It also runs on Android 8.1 Oreo.

They will be similar to the previous Google Glass+

From the FCC leak, we’ve seen that the headset will look a bit similar to the previous Google Glass+, worth of $1500. It has certification only for WiFi and Bluetooth, which shows that the device is still not enabled for 4G. from FFC, we except to see the headset hit the market in the first half of the year 2019. But as of now, we have nothing to do but just wait and see when the company is going to release its handset.

Glass Enterprise Edition has some amazing specs, such as longer battery life, secure (and even more faster) Wi-Fi, and even a speedier processor. The camera has now 8MP, and there’s a big red light that shows when users are recording.

The electronics can get separated from the frame now. The Glass Pod can get released from its frame in order to attach to the prescription glasses or the safety goggles.

Google comes with its own frames that are certified by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
